We are now looking to recruit to a Planned Maintenance Officer to join our small team of dedicated staff committed to working to the Co-operative ethos and in accordance with our mission statement. As our Planned Maintenance Officer you will be a key part of the maintenance team working alongside the reactive maintenance officer and reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to deliver an excellent service for our tenants. You will be responsible for developing an effective and resilient approach to asset management, ensure compliance with externally set standards and lead on effective procurement for our planned component replacement and cyclical maintenance programmes. You will have a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service, uphold high professional standards and be a confident and dynamic member of the team. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation and best practice with extensive and demonstrative practical experience. This role will enable you to make real change to the lives of our tenants.

We are now looking to recruit a new Housing Officer to join our small team of dedicated staff committed to working to the Co-operative ethos and in accordance with our mission statement. As our principal Housing Officer, you will be a key member of the housing management team reporting to the Housing Manager. You will work alongside an assistant housing officer and an administration assistant. The primary function of the Housing Management team is to deliver an excellent service for our tenants. You will work in accordance with internal policies, best practice, legislation and liaise with external agencies as required. As the principal Housing Officer, you will be required to provide training and mentoring to the AHO or other HM team colleagues. You will have a genuine passion to deliver excellent customer service, uphold high professional standards and be a confident and dynamic member of the team. You will be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all relevant legislation and best practice with extensive and demonstrative practical experience. This role will enable you to make real change to the lives of our tenants.
